Kia Ora. Citroen ZX GTi

Kia Ora guys.

Im Leigh, been around the fast frogs crew for a long time, but never got into the online gig before.
At the mo I have a 93 Citroen ZX GTi that I bought off Izzys old man. Its a wicked car, great on gas on the open road, reasonably quick, although I should probably get some decent tyres and that'll actually allow it to perform. Last night the clutch cable snapped, but all good, will have it sorted in no time.

Ive had one other FF before. A red 205 GR which I picked up with the gearbox sitting in the boot. I had never before, and will never again, drive any car as fast as I drove that thing. I loved the way it handled and the simplicity of it all. I also learnt a lot tinkering with that car. Chucked a quick rack in it which I scored off Simon after an altercation with a roundabout.

Ive had two motorbikes, a Suzuki RG150, and an old CBR600 F.
Oh, and a Streetmagic, but I had it for two weeks, because it didnt really hack it after riding the 600.

First car was a Fiat Tipo. Ive also had a Libero 4WD and the old 1986 Rauwdy Audi 100 Quattro.

Looking forward to meeting more of the Fast kids.

Slim chance I know, but were you driving this on Highway 28 towards Matamata 2-3 weeks ago? If so, I followed you in our 205 for a few ks. I've never heard of a ZX GTi before, only knew them as Volcane and Furio models (one was an 8v engine the other a 16v one but can't remember which) in the UK.

Douvrin, that was a slim chance, and no it wasnt me, although if it was being driven like it was stolen then I might just claim it for shits and giggles. I feel sure I would have noticed a 205 following me...
Car is Rego'd as a Volcane but badged as a GTi.... Ill let you work that one out...

205 GR are mint yo. I dont have a pic of mine anymore, but I got a lil movie...
