She confirmed that Cairnmuir supplies most necessities except food and personals.. (they have no crockpot)

Shopping list..

  1800gms lamb
  12-15 small potatoes halved
  medium onion sliced
  2 tins of singapore curry paste
  a tin of coconut milk (add just before serving)
  6-12 Roti
  bag of rice


• Breakfast
  6 rashers of bacon
  dozen eggs
  loaf of bread
  milk
  

Pantry basics are taken care of by lodge

Lunches can be got on the road
Drinks - BYO

What else do we need??

Bedding is included - can't harm to take a sleeping bag to chuck on top of ya duvet in case its turbo cold..
