Funny story - in primary school, when I was little(r) and more tomboy-ish I used to refuse to be included with the girls (cos they were lame).

Just got a call back about the Logs Accomodation and they are booked up that weekend..

Problem is its $40 a head (fixed).. instead of the $25ish (variable on numbers) of the logs..

The place looks pretty damn fine and I'm still keen - what say thou?

Accom in Taihape is much the same price as Cairnmuir - just "The Logs" is ridiculously cheap.. Also Cairnmuir backs onto the hills we will be clambering over.. Direct access etc...
