Came across this site via trademe, thought I'd say hi! I drive a 205 Gti at the moment and have a few other projects including an Mi16 which will hopefully be back on the road one day..

Its a 1990 Mi16, prior to me buying the car, it burst its powersteering hose onto the hot exhaust resulting in a section of wiring above needing replacement and melting the likes of the rubber boot where the steering column comes through the firewall. Outwardly the car looks fine although the roof could do with a respray. Depending on the damage (I havn't even tried to start it yet but apparently it still runs ok) it may or may not happen, but at worst will give me a engine for the 205..
